Participants who would like to make a presentation at the 22nd European Crystallographic Meeting (ECM22) must submit an abstract for consideration by the Programme Committee. A number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentation in the microsymposia. Most abstracts will be presented as posters. Instruction on the preparation of posters can be found on the web page.
The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. No one may be the presenting author of more than one contributed paper. Invited speakers are, however, permitted to submit a poster presentation in addition to their talk.
Authors are encouraged to submit fully formatted files (MSWord or rtf), however, if this is not possible, a plain text file will be accepted. Please use any formatting that is available to help the editors format the document as easily as possible.
Three keywords must be supplied. These are used for the index.
Please indicate a SIG and maximum of three topics, chosen from the lists.
Authors who wish their abstract to be considered for presentation within a microsymposium must additionally indicate that they accept to be considered for oral presentation.
Please note, that abstracts for invited presentations must be submitted according to the instructions above, and should be received by the general abstract deadline.
Abstracts must be submitted through this website. Please, do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract. Abstracts sent by e-mail, mail or fax will not be processed and will not be forwarded to the Programme Committee for review. In case of genuine difficulties please contact the Meeting Secretariat.
After submitting abstract, you will see an on-screen message and a reference number will be given to you. This indicates your abstract has entered the system for processing. You will also receive an e-mail about the abstract submission result.
Information about the acceptance of your abstract will be sent to the submitting author by e-mail after 15th April.
Only the abstracts of authors, who have registered and
paid registration fees by 1st May 2004
will be included in the programme and in the Book of Abstracts.
