An Exhibition for the 22nd European Crystallographic Meeting will be held between 25-28 August 2004 in Budapest, Hungary. We are expecting approx. 800-1000 participants to join this professionally outstanding event. Hereby we take the opportunity to invite you to join this conference as an exhibitor and/or sponsor.

Once an application is made, a 50% deposit payment on the basis of our invoice will be requested to finalize the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

Exhibition
Opportunities will be provided to show products and activities in the exhibition connected with the conference.

Full Service includes the following type of stand with a basic
set up:
OCTANORM System, which uses a cubical module set-up. They will contain a grid
ceiling (approx. 2,5 meters / 7ft), white panels for backwalls and sidewalls,
2 chairs, 1 table, 2 spot lights, 1 shelf for display, exhibitor's name on the
fascia. An electrical outlet (230V) will be provided for each exhibitor. All
your extra requirements, different from the basic set up can be fulfilled, but
should be paid extra - please inform us about this.
Stand size
Basic stand sizes are: 6 sqm – 9 sqm - 12 sqm - 16 sqms and its multiples, unless
otherwise specified.
The floorplan of the exhibition is impartially made
by the Technical Exhibition Manager in order to best serve the interest of the
goals of this important international event. (A first come first served
basis and sponsorship categories will be taken into consideration when making
this floorplan.)
Exhibitors and sponsors are free to visit the Congress & Exhibition venue

Exhibition & Conference Venue:
Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) Convention Centre
Address: H – 1117 Budapest XI., Pázmány Péter sétány 1.
Location: the exhibition will be in the Main Aula, located at the main
entrance in the near vicinity of the Conference Registration and all the Lecture
Rooms. Both the Plenary Hall and all the Session rooms are accessible only if
crossing the Exhibition first. Coffee breaks and Welcome Reception will also
be arranged in this area.

Exhibitor Passes:
2 exhibitor passes per 6 sqm will be ensured
for the staff of every stand, which includes free entrance to the exhibition
and conference area and a conference programme with abstract book, however it
is invalid for the social evening. (Tickets for the social evening may be purchased
from the conference secretariat.)
Users’ Meeting, Company sponsored symposia, Workshops
The Users’ Meeting , Company sponsored symposium and Workshops programme is dead-lined to 15 March 2004.
It will be part of the official Scientific Programme and will
be published in the Final Programme. It is the sponsor’s exclusive responsibility
to choose the topic, to invite and cover the costs of the speakers. The scientific
content and time of the workshop, however, should be approved by the Scientific
Programme Committee. The meeting room equipped with all basic technical equipments
will be offered free. However, all costs of the speakers and any special equipments
should be covered by the company.
Companies interested in arranging a Workshop or Company Sponsored Symposium
should contact the Conference Secretariat or the Scientific Secretariat first.
Sponsorship Categories & Benefits
Funding companies will be referred to as Benefactor(s), Sponsor(s) and Supporter(s) on a competition basis, depending on the total amount paid by the company for exhibition, sponsorships and advertisements all in all.
